A scenic winery right outside San Francisco that is all about family and fine wine making. What is this wine you may ask? It’s none other than Toby Lane Winery. The Martin family has had this winery for generations and has been producing premier grapes for some of the outstanding wineries in Napa and Sonoma Counties. Two of their most popular wines are their Cabernet Sauvignon and 2012 Rosé.

Their Cabernet Sauvignon is a full boded flavored red wine that is harvested in the cool morning hours. The fruit went through a righteous hand-sorting process to ensure that only the perfect grapes are used. One of the biggest flavored in this wine is dark chocolate and cherries with a hint of sandalwood. I would pair this wine with chocolate cake and a juicy steak on a cold winter night.
Now on to a light 2011 Rosa Wine. It is a mix of two different wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. These two wine make a rich bodied Rosa with flavors of pomegranate and pink grapefruit but what makes this wine different is has green
which gives it a nice punch on the tongue.
