So the first thing you will need to have a successful girl’s day is a few of your closest friends. So call a few of them up and get ready to have a few drinks. The second thing you will need are snacks. I like to keep the food light, so don’t go overboard. And be aware of any food allergies your friends might have. I also have chips and hummus out on my coffee table. Last, but most important, is the wine. Now, you all know I am a white wine drinker, but I also make sure I put red wine out for my guests. But this blog post is all about white wine.

NOW ONTO THE WINE

First on the list is a wine that was made for enjoying with some of your closest friends, mainly because this wine has bubbles. It’s Chloe Wine’s Prosecco. The first time I sampled this wine I fell in love with it. It’s not sweet and very easy to drink. With flavors of peach, green apple, citrus with a hint of rose. With its elegant sparkling style it pairs perfectly with food such as mild cheeses, fresh fruit, or freshly baked rhubarb pie.

Second on the list is a brand new wine that Chloe Wine Collection just released, that I was lucky enough to sample. This is the first vintage of 2015 Chloe Rose wine that is primarily made from Pinot Noir grapes from prized Monterey Country Vineyards. Flavors of this refreshing Rose wine are fresh raspberries, cheery with a hint of peaches. When it comes to food pairings, I would choose berry tart or decadent vanilla cake.
