NOW ONTO THE WINE

When I tried this wine on Saturday with a good friend I was surprised at how subtle it was. With its pale almost white color and delicate body its perfect to enjoy any month of the year. If you know me well enough, you know that my favorite wine to enjoy is Chardonnay. Well this one is now on my top favorites. With its flavors of green apples and pears, lemongrass and a hint of oak, it’s perfect to pair with food such as pasta with cream sauce, lobster and grilled chicken with lemon glaze. But don’t let the luxury of this vineyard fool you. This wine is affordable at $29.99.
