When it comes down to it, Breathless Wines is a family affair, built by the love of three sisters- Sharon, Rebecca, and Cynthia and the passion for life that their mother passed down to them. The sisters are dedicated to creating refreshing sparkling wines that pair well with life’s special moments.
Breathless sparkling wines are hand crafted from select Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, using the traditional French method, méthode champenoise, guided by the expert wine making hand of Penny Gadd-Cost.
Breathless Sparkling Wines are fruity with yeasty notes which create an elegant finish to create a smooth wine.
What better place to start than an elegant bottle of our Brut – expertly crafted bubbles from select Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes to fulfill the most demanding palette — and celebrate the breathless moments that lie just over the horizon of your imagination. The woman on our label “Dares to Ride the Cork!” – and she is a tribute to our Mom, and all the men and women,
who teach and remind us to take each breath we are given
as a gift to be cherished.
Now onto the wine
First on the list is theirBrut Rosé. This nice pink colored wine is perfect for any girly event or gathering. Whether it be a wedding or bridal shower or birthday you can’t go wrong with this wine. This wine is a blend of Carneros Pinot Noir and North Coast Chardonnay, the Brut Rosé has a
creamy mousse and round mouth, with flavors of strawberry,
cream and spice. I would pair this wine with fruit salad or strawberry sorbet.
Second on the list is theirBrut. It is a perfect everyday wine for popping open for a festive gathering. With a blend of North Coast Chardonnay and Carneros Pinot Noir, the Breathless Brut’s fine mousse tantalizes the palate with a refreshing effervescence. Enjoy aromas of pear and citrus with a hint of yeast. I would pair with wine with grilled chicken with
lemon dressing or smoked salmon.
So pop open a bottle and enjoy !!!
