Do you know how to pare your wine with food?
This weeks blog post will hopefully help you out. The simple rule that I use is lighter food goes with lighter wine such as white wine goes with pasta, chicken and seafood. Heaver wine goes with heaver wine such as steaks, cheeseburgers.I always chill my white wine put it in the fringe for about an hour before serving.For red wine put in the fringe 10-15 minutes before serving.
